Pay Range £32,500 - £36,500
Working Hours/Pattern: Full-time, although we would be happy to consider applicants who are looking to work on a part time basis. Youth Jobs Guarantee is a mandatory programme for 18-21 year olds who have been on Universal Credit for 18 months or more, providing a fully subsidised six month paid job of up to 25 hours per week at minimum wage.
A Regional Employer Manager is responsible for the sourcing of placement opportunities for programme participants on Youth Jobs Guarantee across multiple areas within the employer market, ensuring service levels exceed employers’ expectations. This involves securing placements for all participants referred to the programme 25 hours, paid for 6 months (fully funded to the employer).
