Job summary

Rise Executive Search & Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover the South East England area, including CM, RM, IG, DA, BR, CR, ME postcode zones. The role involves visiting customers, developing relationships, and securing new sales opportunities for our clients' products.

You will manage an established customer base, travel about four days per week, and file regular activity reports. The position offers a base salary circa £35K–£40K with a bonus, a tax-efficient company car,

Qualifications

• Background in external, field based sales as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive or Account Manager.
• Managed a regional geographical territory.
• Bright, cheerful, outgoing personality.
• Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed and quickly form relationships with customers.
• Good communicator and team player, able to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers, build on existing relationships and develop new relationships to secure existing business and identify new sales opportunities.
• Manage an established customer base and develop business along with new accounts.
• Manage diary with approximately 4 days per week travelling to visit customers.
• File reports to the office detailing activities on a regular basis.
• Receive induction, product and ongoing product training and full support.

Field Sales Executive

South East England ideal located CM, RM, IG, DA, BR, CR, ME postcode areas.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic negotiable circa £35K to £40K per annum plus Bonus, typical VW Golf Hybrid tax efficient Company Car, Business Miles Paid, Smart Phone, Lap Top.
• Option to take an additional holiday allowance of up to 4 extra weeks, with salary sacrifices pro rata.
• Full time role with increased holiday option (with salary pro rata).

Location and Remote Work

East side of Greater London, M25 corridor, Croydon, Sevenoaks, Dartford, Rochester, Gravesend, Barking, Dagenham, would all be ideal locations.

Working from a home office approximately 1 day per week.

Working Hours

The role is working normal business hours, with the flexibility expected in a Field Sales role, no weekend working.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers, building on existing relationships and developing new relationships to secure existing business, identify new sales opportunities for account penetration and promote our clients products.
• Manage an established customer base of accounts, develop business along with new business.
• Manage diary with approximately 4 days per week travelling to visit customers.
• File reports to the office detailing activities on a regular basis.
• Receive induction, product and ongoing product training and full support.
• Receive technical support when required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Background in external, field based sales as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive or Account Manager.
• Managed a regional geographical territory.
• Bright, cheerful, outgoing personality.
• Self‑motivated and strong desire to succeed, capable of quickly forming relationships with customers.
• Good communicator, team player yet driven enough to operate independently.
• Experience in the Electrical Wholesale sector would be an advantage.
