We are currently recruiting Business to Business Sales Executives for a fantastic company, to work out of their Manchester office.
Our client provides professional training, coaching and recruitment services to suit the needs of a range of employers and individuals. They have trained and supported tens of thousands of people throughout the UK into a variety of businesses, both large and small.
With a fresh approach they help to transform businesses by up-skilling their current employees, helping them to recruit new talent or supporting them through the process of hiring an apprentice.
Role Description:
We are looking for experienced Business to Business Sales Executives to join our client's energetic and vibrant sales team based at their Manchester office. Playing a pivotal role in the continuing growth of the business, you will be responsible for driving sales through lead conversion and managing client relationships to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and service excellence.
You will be an experienced and talented negotiator, who is confident closing over the
telephone as this will be your primary role in generating revenue, selling Apprenticeship, Funded, Pre-Employment opportunities on a B2B basis.
A consistent over-achiever in your previous roles, you will have the experience and
proven ability to manage your new business pipeline to achieve demanding targets.
Experience (Essential)
2 years experience of working within a business-to-business telesales role
Business Development experience and the ability to meet set targets
Ability to develop strong working relationships with a wide range of people
Demonstrated skills and ability to help others identify and overcome barriers
Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
Ability to generate business with employers
Qualifications
Recognised Sales qualification Level 2 or above (Desirable)
L2 GCSE Maths and English (Essential)
Other requirements
To undertake training in order to meet the requirements of the role and participate in the staff development
This role is office based with some homeworking options.

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year rising to 32,000 within 18 months pending performance
