Metric is a New York-founded global staffing firm seeking a Business Development Executive in the UK. You will build and manage client relationships, source and engage high-level candidates, and partner with decision-makers across multiple industries.

No recruitment experience is required; graduates or those with sales experience are welcome. The role offers uncapped earnings with commission, world-class training, and rapid career progression with relocation opportunities across the US and UK.
