We love a challenge and want to help you build yours. While this position is primarily remote, it involves active outbound sales activities to grow the business. You should be confident in promoting the company's message, pitching to prospects, and networking with clients through social selling, email marketing, and sharing your enthusiasm for languages and high-quality service.

Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to company growth by identifying and prospecting new opportunities and acquiring new clients (corporates and SMEs).
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline to meet activity and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new campaigns.
  • Perform outbound calls and email campaigns regularly.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events for lead generation.
  • Onboard new clients effectively.
  • Participate in client meetings, both face-to-face and remote.
  • Follow up on quotes and leads, and prepare quotations for RFPs, tenders, and proposals.
  • Monitor work completed for clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, present monthly sales reports, and conduct periodic comparisons.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure service level compliance.
