Job summary

Working Futures in London is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive. You will build your own client portfolio from scratch, manage full new business processes, and earn uncapped commission with an OTE of £50,000–£60,000 in year one.

You will start remote with an expected transition to hybrid work, roughly two days per week in the London office. The package includes a £27,000–£30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, with training and ongoing commercial support.

Qualifications

• At least two years of new business sales or business development experience.
• Must be confident prospecting and able to build and convert a pipeline.
• Experience in sponsorship, events, media, recruitment, SaaS, advertising or B2B services would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full new business process from identifying prospects to closing deals.
• Develop and grow a new business pipeline from the ground up.
• Identify and approach new prospects using phone, email, video and networks.
• Engage senior decision makers with consultative conversations.
• Sell sponsorship, event, partnership and audience opportunities.
• Take ownership of targets, results and earnings.
