Job summary

Apprentify is recruiting a Business Development Executive in Finchley to launch a sales career with comprehensive training, coaching, and clear progression.

You will proactively reach SMEs, build a strong pipeline, and engage clients in a fast-moving environment. Ongoing support and structured onboarding are provided to help you succeed.

The role offers a base £30,000 with a realistic first-year OTE of £35,000–£45,000 and uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact SMEs via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Arrange meetings and introductory calls with prospective customers.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
• Support account management and customer retention.
