Job summary

A global provider of corporate housing solutions is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to remotely manage the sales process in the UK, with some travel to London and across EMEA. Key responsibilities include selling solutions directly to clients, driving sales initiatives, and managing end-to-end sales processes. A strong background in relocation or corporate housing, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills, is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Extensive Sales & Business Development experience in corporate housing or relocation industries.
  • Experience selling directly to corporates with existing relationships.
  • Driven and motivated sales professional with fantastic communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end sales process from lead sourcing to client signing.
  • Sell corporate housing solutions directly to clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Drive sales initiatives and achieve set targets.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to join our client, a global provider of corporate housing solutions.
This position is based remotely in the UK with travel into London and across EMEA.

Key Duties:

  • Manage the end to end sales process from sourcing leads, arranging meetings, and signing new clients
  • Sell corporate housing solutions directly to clients
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business and increase revenue
  • Participate in marketing efforts
  • Driving sales initiatives and implementing sales strategies
  • Answer client questions and manage negotiations
  • Achieve set targets

Key Requirements:
  • Extensive Sales & Business Development experience in the relocation, corporate housing/serviced apartment industries is required
  • Experience selling global mobility, relocation services or corporate housing services is essential
  • Must have experience selling directly to corporates and have active relationships with corporate clients
  • Fantastic communication and negotiation skills
  • Driven and motivated sales professional
