Description

This role focuses on strategic business development within Arrow's Global Supply Chain Services division, targeting large enterprise accounts in the semiconductor, logistics, software, and related industries. The position requires building and leveraging relationships, developing customized solutions, and managing complex, multinational accounts across EMEA, US, and APAC regions. Responsibilities include creating sales opportunities, account planning, delivering value-based proposals, and managing RFQs. The role offers an international, dynamic work environment with flexible hours, hybrid working, and attractive benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a single point of contact for targeted customers, creating sales opportunities.
  • Discover and execute sales opportunities for Arrow’s solutions.
  • Develop and manage account plans and customer relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet account objectives.
  • Deliver compelling proposals to senior decision-makers.
  • Manage RFQ activities and negotiations.
  • Maintain market share and analyze competitive landscape.
  • Execute strategies to meet or exceed targets.
