Job description

Business Development Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for following up with new, prospective customers
  2. Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
  3. Distribute new customers to appropriate Sales team member
  4. Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
  5. Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  6. Proactively build out prospecting network
  7. Log all activity in CRM
  8. Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Good verbal and written communication skills
  2. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  3. Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
  4. Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
  5. Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
