Job summary

Apex Resources Ltd in Watford is hiring Business Development Consultants to join our 2027 cohort, starting January 2027. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, building client relationships, and generating revenue within the recruitment market.

We offer an uncapped commission structure, monthly cash incentives, a £5,000 annual forecast bonus, full training, access to a large candidate database, and clear progression opportunities as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and commercially minded individuals with a strong sales background.
• No recruitment experience required.
• A background in Real Estate, Brokerage, B2B Sales, Cold Calling, Outbound Sales, or Business Development is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

We're looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals with a strong sales background who want to build a successful career in recruitment.

As a Business Development Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing new business, building client relationships and generating revenue within the recruitment market.

You don't need previous recruitment experience.

We're interested in people who know how to sell, prospect, build relationships and win business.

A background in any of the following would be highly desirable:
