Following an epic funding round led by leading PE backers, they are looking for a Business Development Associate to join the team who will play a crucial role in further driving the expansion of the business in Europe and the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential partners in pharma, biotech, and MedTech
  • Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure with internal team support.
  • Contribute to strategic planning through market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build relationships and uncover new commercial opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Life Sciences academic background, ideally with experience in business development/sales/customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A problem solver with experience handling objections
  • Located or in commutable distance to Oxford
