Job summary

Howes Percival in Norwich is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive on an 18-month fixed-term contract to support Partners and fee earners in a range of BD and marketing initiatives.

You will help grow client relationships, manage events and webinars, prepare proposals, and keep the CRM up to date, with travel including out-of-hours events. The firm values talent and collaboration and offers a supportive culture with opportunities to contribute across regions.

Qualifications

• A full driving licence is required; role involves travel to events, some out of hours.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Partners and Fee Earners with client, team and individual BD action plans
• Managing and attending HP events and webinars, including out-of-hours events
• Managing external networking events, e.g. awards
• Producing PowerPoint slides, delegate packs and corporate gifts for seminars and hospitality events
• Producing credentials, proposals and presentations for pitches and tenders
• Managing office BD meeting notes and follow actions
• Coordinating submissions for legal directories
• Keeping the firm’s CRM system up to date with key contacts details
• Coordinating photoshoots for new starters and PR opportunities
• Promoting content via the firm’s social media platforms
• Liaising with stakeholders on PR opportunities
• Assisting with internal and external communications
• Dealing with ad-hoc BD & Marketing tasks
• Travel to events as required; some events outside normal hours.

About The Role

• Managing and attending HP events and webinars with flexibility to attend out of hours events
• Managing and attending key external networking events with flexibility to attend out of hours events e.g. awards
• Producing PowerPoint slides, delegate packs, and corporate gift for seminars and hospitality events
• Producing credentials, proposals and presentations for Partners and Fee Earners pitches and tenders
• Managing office BD meeting notes and follow actions
• Coordinating submissions for legal directories
• Keeping the firm’s CRM system up to date with key contacts details
