Elemental Altus Royalties (TSX-V: ELE) is a publicly listed, income-generating precious metals royalty company with 10 producing royalties and a diversified portfolio of pre-production and discovery-stage assets. The Company is focused on acquiring uncapped royalties and streams over producing, or near-producing, mines operated by established counterparties.

Our vision is to build a global gold royalty company, offering investors superior exposure to gold with reduced risk and a strong growth profile. The Company is well funded to acquire new royalties and streams with approximately US$25 million in cash, an undrawn US$50 million credit facility and a supportive major shareholder in Tether Investments.

The Role

Elemental Altus is looking for an Analyst to join our small London team. This is an excellent opportunity to get first-hand experience in a publicly listed mining investment company with a global reach.

You will support the Business Development team in the identification, valuation, and execution of growth opportunities for the company.This role combines market intelligence, financial modelling, and strategic analysis to help guide the company’s long-term growth in the royalty sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to assess the viability and returns of proposed opportunities
• Assist in preparing business cases, investment memorandums, and presentations for executive leadership and the board of directors
• Conduct analysis of the royalty sector and monitor market benchmarks
• Maintain the corporate model and marketing materials
• Research and identify new royalty acquisition opportunities
• Support due diligence efforts in M&A transactions
• Collaborate with finance, legal and technical teams

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Two years minimum experience in investment banking or a business development role
• Degree educated, minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as S&P Capital IQ
• Proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects in a small-team environment
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A background in finance, mining engineering or geology is an advantage
• Broad understanding of the metals and mining industry and commodity markets
• Must have the right to work in the UK
