Job description

Job Title: Business Development Advisor

Location: Ewloe, Wales

Salary: Up to £25,000 + Commission

Contract type: Permanent

About The Role

ARO is an Enterprise Performance Partner, an award-winning IT Services and Solutions company that provides customers with sustainable competitive advantages through world-class cloud technologies and first-class service. The role involves engaging with businesses to understand their Mobile, Telecommunications, and Connectivity requirements. The Business Development Advisor is key to building a diverse and profitable customer base, acting as a long-term trusted advisor. This position is based in Ewloe with limited travel to other offices for sales support.

Responsibilities:
  1. Generate an average of 10 leads/meetings/appointments per month.
  2. Develop a pipeline of 20 new contracts end dates per week.
  3. Make between 70 and 100 calls daily to meet KPIs, secure meetings, and obtain contract end dates.
  4. Understand potential customers’ businesses and how technology can support their growth.
  5. Generate opportunities from calling data and gain referrals for additional products and services.
  6. Maintain and update the CRM system accurately.
  7. Build and demonstrate a pipeline of opportunities aligned with targets.

Note: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 3 days a week. Candidates must be able to commute to the office.

  • Patience and ability to engage customers effectively.

Desirable:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
