Job summary

Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking a Business Development Administrator to support a growing, people-focused organisation. This varied role combines site visits, relationship building and hands-on administration. You’ll meet members and potential members, support Ambassadors and help turn plans into action.

The role involves visiting partner workplaces, building relationships, recruiting Ambassadors, preparing materials and coordinating meetings and events.

Qualifications

  • Confidence starting conversations and communicating with a wide range of people.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Practical, proactive approach and interest in developing skills.

Job Summary

Do you enjoy meeting new people, making things happen and keeping the details organised behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Business Development Administrator to support a growing, people focused organisation. This is a varied role that combines site visits, relationship building and hands on administration. You’ll meet members and potential members, support a network of Ambassadors and help the Business Development and Marketing team turn plans into action.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Organising and attending visits to partner workplaces and other sites
  • Building positive relationships with members, partners and stakeholders
  • Recruiting and supporting Ambassadors, giving them the guidance and resources they need
  • Preparing presentations, proposals and other business development materials
  • Coordinating meetings and events, and keeping data and records accurate and up to date
  • Working as part of a team to deliver business development activities smoothly

What you’ll bring:

  • Confidence starting conversations and communicating with a wide range of people
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to juggle priorities and work to deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft applications and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A practical, proactive approach and an interest in developing your skills

You’ll need access to your own transport and be comfortable travelling to site visits. Some flexibility to work outside usual hours will also be needed.
