Business Crime Solicitor – Associate – Up to £90,000 Dependent on Experience

The Role

This is an exciting time for a Junior Associate to join a market-leading Financial Crime Practice working on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious Financial Crime matters.

Our client is an award-winning law firm with a well-established and expanding Business Crime Team. This is the perfect opportunity for a Junior Solicitor to develop their career in this area of law.

The practice is consistently instructed by HNW individuals, C-Suite Executives, and high-profile persons to represent them against allegations brought by the CPS, SFO and the FCA.

The Candidate

• Up to 4PQE Solicitor with experience in Financial Crime or Financial Services

• A keen interest and willingness to develop the skills needed for this role

• Experience in cases involving the SFO, FCA and the CPS

• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload

• Desire to progress career within a specialist growing team
