You’ll be joining one of the largest specialist Business Crime team in Europe, where their deep expertise in compliance, civil fraud, and commercial disputes sets them apart. They offer a highly competitive compensation package, with a starting salary of £85k for 2 PQE lawyers, rising to around £100k for those with up to six years of post-qualification experience. Additionally, their performance-led bonus scheme typically adds 10-20% to your salary, recognising both your individual contributions and business development efforts.

As part of the team, you’ll be involved in landmark cases that make a real impact, including Inquests, International Fraud rings, Tax investigations, Bribery and Corruption, Interpol Red notices and Sanctions to name a few. You’ll work on high-profile, complex, and international cases, representing multinational corporations, financial institutions, governments, and high-net-worth individuals around the globe. The work spans across Asia-Pacific, Africa, the Americas, the Middle East, Russia/CIS, Europe, and the UK, offering you the opportunity to engage in truly global legal practice.

You should apply if you have a strong academic background, typically with a 2:1 or above, and a proven ability to contribute to the firm’s growth through business development and you will ideally have between 2 – 6 years PQE as a solicitor or legal executive. Whether you’re currently at a regional firm or looking to transition from big law, we welcome diverse backgrounds to apply.
