AJ FOX COMPLIANCE is seeking a Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Lead to join its Risk & Compliance team in the UK. You will shape and develop the firm’s resilience framework, ensuring continuity of critical client services during disruption.

You will bring strong experience in business continuity, incident management and continuity planning, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive action across business, technology and information security teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business continuity and operational resilience, including implementing resilience frameworks aligned with ISO 22301 in a partnership-based organisation.
• Strong expertise in business impact analysis, incident management and continuity planning.
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive action.
• Cyber or information security knowledge is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Developing and maintaining an operational resilience framework that supports the firm to withstand, respond to and recover from disruption while protecting critical client services.
• Keeping business impact analyses, critical service maps and dependency assessments accurate and embedded in resilience planning.
• Maintaining crisis management, business continuity and incident response plans, and ensuring they are regularly reviewed and tested.
• Leading resilience exercises, simulations and training to build preparedness, validate response arrangements and identify improvements.
• Assessing and reporting on resilience risks, third-party dependencies, incidents and emerging threats, making clear recommendations to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Maintaining ISO 22301 certification and continually improving resilience capabilities in line with regulatory expectations, industry standards and best practice.
• Working closely with business, technology and information security teams to ensure a coordinated approach to resilience.
• Building awareness across the firm and supporting client due diligence, tender submissions and assurance activities.
