QED Legal Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Business Resilience & Continuity Lead to own the firm-wide resilience framework within a leading UK law firm. The role collaborates with senior leadership, IT, Information Security and business teams to strengthen continuity and incident response.

The successful candidate will drive crisis management, scenario testing and ISO 22301 compliance, while engaging across the firm to raise awareness and embed resilience practices.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301.
• Knowledge of Business Impact Assessments, BCPs and incident management.
• Experience with scenario testing, crisis management and risk assessments.
• An MBCI, FBCI or equivalent qualification.
• Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of firm-wide projects.
• Experience in Information Security, Cyber Security or IT resilience advantageous.

Business Resilience & Continuity Lead

UK Wide | Remote / Flexible Working

Salary up to £90,000

We're working with a leading top 100 law firm looking to appoint an experienced Business Resilience & Continuity Lead to join its established Risk & Compliance function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Continuity or Operational Resilience professional to take ownership of a firm-wide resilience framework, working closely with senior leadership, IT, Information Security and wider business teams.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the business is prepared for potential disruptions, developing robust continuity plans, strengthening crisis management processes and driving improvements across operational resilience.

The Role?

• Leading and developing the firm's operational resilience framework


• Maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)


• Identifying critical business services, dependencies and operational vulnerabilities

About You?

• Knowledge of Business Impact Assessments, BCPs and incident management


• Experience with scenario testing, crisis management and risk assessments


• An MBCI, FBCI or equivalent qualification


• Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders


• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills


• The ability to work independently and take ownership of firm-wide projects

Experience within Information Security, Cyber Security or IT resilience would be advantageous.
