Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to advise, challenge, and oversee compliance risks across our investing and trading products, enabling innovation while meeting global regulatory expectations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design controls and monitor market conduct, with an emphasis on clarity and pragmatism. Based in the UK, you will review product launches, support regulatory examinations, and stay ahead of developments in investments, securities, and crypto.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, market conduct, brokerage, or trading oversight.
• Knowledge of investment products, trading platforms, and related regulations.
• The ability to challenge and guide Product teams with clarity and pragmatism.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing new investment/trading product launches and changes for regulatory compliance
• Designing and enhancing controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operations
• Conducting deep-dive reviews on market conduct, suitability, appropriateness, disclosures, etc.
• Supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and governance processes
• Working closely with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk stakeholders
• Monitoring regulatory developments in investments, securities, and crypto
