Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to advise, challenge, and oversee compliance risks across investing and trading products, enabling innovation while meeting global regulatory expectations.

You will collaborate with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk teams, review product launches for regulatory compliance, design controls, and monitor market conduct, disclosures, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, market conduct, brokerage, or trading oversight.
• Knowledge of investment products, trading platforms, and related regulations.
• Analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing new investment/trading product launches and changes for regulatory compliance
• Designing and enhancing controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operations
• Conducting deep-dive reviews on market conduct, suitability, appropriateness, disclosures, etc.
• Supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and governance processes
• Working closely with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk stakeholders
• Monitoring regulatory developments in investments, securities, and crypto
