Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to advise and oversee compliance risks across investing and trading products. You will help ensure regulatory alignment while enabling innovation in a fast-moving digital environment.

You will partner with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk teams to design controls, review product launches, and support regulatory examinations. If you are pragmatic, analytical, and excellent at stakeholder communication, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, market conduct, brokerage, or trading oversight.
• Knowledge of investment products, trading platforms, and related regulations.
• The ability to challenge and guide Product teams with clarity and pragmatism.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review new investment/trading product launches for regulatory compliance.
• Design and enhance controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operations.
• Conduct deep-dive reviews on market conduct, suitability, disclosures, and related matters.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments in investments, securities, and crypto.
