Business Change Project Manager (12 Month FTC) - Newcastle, UK
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Change Project Manager to join our team for 12 months, to cover a maternity leave. This role is part of the inhouse Business Change team, a PMO which combines project management and change management expertise to deliver a range of internal projects and programmes, directly within TRG (Award Winning IT Recruitment Agency)
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from initiation to delivery. You will engage closely with key stakeholders to assess TRG's change readiness and ensure alignment across teams on project objectives, expected benefits, and timelines. Your role will involve facilitating effective communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
