Business Change Manager – Legal – Birmingham – PERM – up to £85,000pa

My client, a global law firm, is looking for a Business Change Manager to join their AI Transformation team.

The role involves creating and implementing change management strategies to maximize team adoption and minimize resistance. The manager will work across various business areas to design, develop, implement, and manage change initiatives that enable users to transition smoothly from their current to future state.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Leading change management activities across the program
2. Defining and leading comprehensive change impact assessments
3. Collaborating with Training and Knowledge Teams to provide input, document requirements, and support training design and delivery
4. Identifying and managing resistance to change
5. Engaging with senior leaders, coaching managers and supervisors
6. Managing stakeholder engagement

They are looking for someone with:

1. Experience and strong knowledge of applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools in major business programs
2. Exceptional communication skills
3. Experience working effectively at all organizational levels in a global setting
4. Over 5 years of experience with large-scale global organizational change projects

This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week on-site at their Birmingham office, with the remainder remote work.
