Job Title: Senior Business Central Developer / Architect

Location: Northampton (Hybrid – 3 days in-office per week)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to 85k

A leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner is seeking an experienced Senior BC Developer / Architect to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

-Design and architect scalable, efficient solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

-Develop robust customisations using AL and extension methodologies.

-Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to define solution requirements.

-Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the development team.

-Support integration projects and upgrades from legacy NAV systems to Business Central.

-Contribute to DevOps practices and source control (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).

-Engage in technical scoping and solution design during pre-sales activities.

Requirements:

-Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (and legacy NAV).

-Advanced skills in AL development and extension design.

-Strong architectural understanding and experience designing integrated solutions.

-Familiarity with APIs, web services, and integration patterns.

-Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.

-Experience with Azure services and Power Platform is advantageous.
