We're seeking a seasoned .NET Senior Developer / Lead with strong experience in Charles River Development (CRD) and trading systems to join a dynamic team driving architecture, design, and delivery of front-to-back office solutions.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and development of Trading, Middle Office, and Daily P&L applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions.
• Manage distributed agile teams using Kanban methodology.
• Champion engineering best practices and help modernize legacy systems.
• Ensure robust CI/CD processes, deployment automation, and release governance.
• Drive integration across front, middle, and back-office systems.
• UI: Multi-threaded Windows Forms GUI, WPF
• Services: WCF, REST APIs
• Database: SQL Server 2016, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS
• DevOps: TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, NuGet
• Version Control: BitBucket, Git, SVN
• Schedulers: Active Batch
