Cathcart Technology is looking for a Business Central Consultant to join a Microsoft technology consultancy based in Gateshead with hybrid working. You will take ownership of customer support across Dynamics 365 BC and wider MS business apps, investigating issues and guiding users on business processes.

The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to customer sites, offering a salary up to 55,000 (flex) plus benefits and opportunities to progress into Senior/Team Lead roles.

Qualifications

• BC Functional Consultant experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Confident in supporting, advising and training end users.
• Knowledge of management reporting and typical business reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ownership through to resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-relations abilities.
• Experience with other accounting/ERP systems (Sage 50/200, Xero, QuickBooks).

Responsabilités

• Own customer support across Dynamics 365 BC and related MS business apps.
• Investigate issues, advise on business processes, and resolve queries via Teams.
• Manage service desk, coordinate escalations, collaborate with project teams.
• Support implementation handovers and help customers maximize system use.
