Job description

Somerset Bridge Ltd, part of Somerset Bridge Group, is looking for a Business Assurance Manager. The Business Assurance Manager will ensure that independent assurance is maintained, and appropriate standards are met, the internal audit schedule is delivered, and complaints are managed to an effective outcome, in-line with FCA guidance.

The role involves working closely with the Somerset Bridge Limited management team, providing support and guidance where necessary. Managing a team of nine, you will mentor and lead by example, ensuring the team performs to the highest standards. This is a new role within SBL and an excellent opportunity to develop how SBL identifies risks and influences positive change within the business.
