Job Description:

Role Overview: GKN Aerospace is seeking a Manager Product Assurance Engineering to lead our Product Assurance Engineering team in Papendrecht, supporting our Fokker Landing Gear division. This role involves deploying and leading quality activities, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and deploying quality planning activities, including customer requirements and APQP tools.
  2. Providing guidance on quality tools and techniques, and ensuring team development.
  3. Leading production part approval and certification processes.
  4. Investigating quality issues and leading corrective actions.
  5. Interfacing with suppliers and customers on quality matters.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience, with aerospace QMS knowledge.
  • Leadership experience in manufacturing, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.
