Business Assurance Manager
We're looking for an experienced, team-focused manager to lead a team of six within our client's Quality Assurance and Outcomes Testing function. This role is about driving high standards and supporting the delivery of good outcomes for customers, while helping your team grow and perform at their best.
You'll work closely with teams across the business to assess how things are working, identify opportunities for improvement and share practical recommendations.
