• ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualification or equivalent
• Experience managing people
• Knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting
• Understanding of financial products, compliance, and regulations including anti-money laundering
• Experience with systems/controls testing, substantive auditing, consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts, and disclosures
