• Are qualified ACA/ACCA/ICAS or equivalent.
• Have a degree or CTS qualification.
• Have experience supervising and coaching junior staff.
• Possess knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting standards.
• Understand firm services, advice issues, regulation, compliance, including anti-money laundering.
• Are aware of current economic and market trends.
