Reiss Limited is seeking a Business Applications Support Analyst to maintain and support various business applications. This role involves ensuring effective application behavior, integration and data management while providing exceptional user support in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills.
What’s the role about?
As our Business Applications Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a range of business applications from small, bespoke solutions to large cross-function applications. You will support and maintain the integrations between applications, supporting with external third-party systems such as EDI and other integration methods.
This role requires flexibility to work in a varied shift pattern, with earlier starts, later finishes, and weekend work as agreed by a rota. Out of Hours ad-hoc work can be required.
