Job summary

Wigan and Leigh College is seeking a Business Lecturer to inspire and equip students for progression in business studies, including A Level Business and the Business elements of T Level Law. You’ll bring theory to life with current examples, case studies, employer insight and practical activity.

You will teach across Business provision, help students build knowledge, confidence and professional habits, and ensure they leave with clear next steps and employability skills for their own futures.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Business at A Level and across BTEC/T Level Business.
• Ability to bring theory to life through current examples and case studies.
• Commitment to student success and employability skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach across Business provision including A Level Business and T Level Law components.
• Use current examples, employer insight and digital tools to engage students.
• Support learners to develop knowledge, confidence and professional habits.

You’ll teach across Business provision, including A Level Business and the Business elements of T Level Law, bringing theory to life through current examples, case studies, employer insight, digital tools and practical activity.

You’ll help students build knowledge, confidence and professional habits, not just complete assignments or prepare for exams.
