Job summary

Saragossa in Bristol is seeking a Business Analyst to shape transformation projects across business and IT, focusing on financial advice and the adviser journey.

You will gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and turn front-end BA ideas into build-ready solutions, with a strong emphasis on Power BI, SQL, web applications, and integrations.

The role is hybrid, with growth plans over the next 12–18 months as the BA team expands.

Qualifications

• Solid BA mindset with understanding of financial advice and adviser journey.

• Background in M&A, acquisition integration or consolidating business would help.

The BA function is currently supported by one experienced individual, and we plan to grow the team over the next 12 to 18 months, so this is the start of that journey.
