Business Analyst – Transformation – Midlands/Remote

Salary: 55k – 60k per annum plus excellent benefits and remote working, with occasional travel to the office in the East Midlands

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an organization undergoing significant investment and transformation of its systems and operations. This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst looking for variety and challenge. The role is initially a 12-month FTC.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within retail (or similar sector) or regulatory environments. Experience with process mapping or process flows is essential.

Role overview:

1. Ensure projects & change initiatives meet business requirements and gather IT requirements using methods such as workshops.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope deliverables and manage expectations regarding projects & proposals.
3. Proactively ensure project costs are appropriate and aligned with budgets.
4. Report to business leaders & internal stakeholders.
5. Work with external vendors and third parties to define project scope and user requirements in line with system capabilities.

The salary for this position is up to 55k – 60k per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and remote working.
