Business Analyst – Transformation – Midlands/Remote

Salary: 55k – 60k per annum plus benefits and remote working, with occasional travel to the East Midlands office

We are seeking a Business Analyst for an organization undergoing significant investment and transformation of its systems and operations. This role offers variety and challenge, initially a 12-month FTC.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within retail or regulatory sectors. Experience with process mapping or process flows is essential.

Role overview:

• Ensure projects & change initiatives meet business and IT requirements, utilizing workshops and other methods.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope deliverables and manage expectations.
• Manage project costs to align with budgets.
• Report to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Work with external vendors and third parties to establish project scope and user requirements.

The salary/package for this position is up to 55k – 60k per annum, plus benefits and remote working.
