Job summary

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive change, map processes and deliver technology solutions that improve services for customers and colleagues.

You'll work with stakeholders, suppliers and technology teams to identify business needs, produce requirements and support the delivery of major transformation projects across Grimsby, Boston and remote sites. The role offers a generous salary and strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements throughout project lifecycle.
• Experience in data awareness, cleansing, validation and mapping.

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges with stakeholders and define requirements.
• Lead on change request process management.
• Facilitate workshops and design future-state solutions.
• Produce high-quality business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support implementation of major technology systems from design to go-live.
• Coordinate testing activities (SIT/UAT) and ensure requirements are met.
• Analyze data and processes to identify efficiencies and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with operational teams, suppliers and technology colleagues to deliver outcomes.
• Support project delivery through planning, reporting and risk management.
