About the Role:

Seeking a dynamic Business Analyst and Scrum Master to join our technology and operations team. This dual role will improve our Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash) processes and enable agile delivery as a Scrum Master. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and teams to analyze challenges, deliver solutions, and promote agile practices across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Analyze and solve complex Order to Cash business problems.
• Translate needs into requirements and work with development teams.
• Manage project lifecycles from requirements to post-implementation support.
• Work with legacy and modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Manage multiple projects across regions.
• Ensure quality documentation and user-focused solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams in Agile best practices.
• Identify and remove impediments, promote collaboration, and track progress.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash).
• Experience as a Scrum Master for Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of CRM or CPQ tools.
• Understanding of finance systems.
• Experience working with external vendors.
• Flexibility to support project and BAU activities.
