Cognizant's Insurance Consulting unit is seeking talented consultants with extensive business analysis and consultative experience in executing large-scale business change and IT solutions for General Insurance UK & European Insurance clients. This role offers an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high-energy, entrepreneurial team working with leading UK & European insurance clients.

The role involves providing end-to-end Business Analysis services within a high-energy Business & Technology Consulting Practice, focusing on Re-Insurance clients, contributing to a major global reinsurance program, and developing strong customer relationships.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Reinsurance / General Insurance
• Expertise in Reinsurance knowledge is essential
• Experience across the reinsurance value chain
• Performed Business Analysis on complex Business & Technology Transformation Programmes within insurance clients
• Leading program discovery and analysis workshops
• Gathering, prioritizing, analyzing, specifying, and validating requirements, including facilitating user workshops
• Defining problems/scope, data analysis, structuring recommendations, creating presentations, and making client recommendations
• Understanding both business and technical requirements and bridging the gap
• Full project lifecycle Business Analysis experience, including agile (Scrum) methodologies
• Experience working in matrix environments, building trust with stakeholders
• Previous consultancy or insurance industry experience in similar roles

• Experience configuring off-the-shelf systems and integrations
• Business Analysis (ISEB) or insurance domain certifications
• SQL scripting and data analysis skills (desirable)
