• Hybrid working (2-3 days a week in Holborn)
• Salary - £53,000 to £58,000 plus benefits

Our client is a world-leading independent production and distribution group that produces some of the most popular TV programmes in the world.

We are recruiting a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a fun, diversity-focused and dress-down culture organisation based in the Holborn / Tottenham Court Road area. The role is on a hybrid model with non-negotiable in-office requirements, currently every Tuesday.

This dual-role position is ideal for someone who can confidently manage multiple technology projects while capturing, analysing, and translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions.

Working at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll support the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and stakeholder communication, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively, on time, and to scope. You’ll also play a key part in helping to standardise project management practices and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

• Experience with full lifecycle HR and/or finance system implementations
• Managing M365 SharePoint migrations
• Strong experience in both business analysis and project management
• Skilled in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Wrike, Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage concurrent projects across departments, ensuring timely delivery
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable plans
• Oversee project scope, risks, timelines, and communication with stakeholders
• Support testing, training, rollout, and handover to operational teams
• Contribute to improving project tools, templates, and processes
