Business Analyst/ Product Owner - Treasury

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst/Product Owner with Treasury process experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Inside IR35

Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite

Responsibilities:

1. Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring its contents and prioritization are clear and actionable, with well-defined user stories.
2. Lead or attend sessions with users, customers, and SMEs to gain a thorough understanding of the product, immediate opportunities, and long-term direction.
3. Collaborate with User Experience teams to ensure the delivered products are intuitive, simple, cohesive, and complete.
4. Monitor and maintain the health of the product, designing additional monitoring as needed to understand its impact and performance within the ecosystem.
5. Analyze and report on feasibility, cost of delay, economic impact, and other aspects of planned or potential changes to the product.
6. Align with stakeholders to understand regulatory, compliance, and industry constraints affecting the product portfolio, and negotiate priorities with internal and external teams.

Experience:

• Contribute to the development of the portfolio vision and strategic priorities.
• Own multiple digital products, articulating their value and outcomes.
• Manage the backlog with the delivery team.
• Define work deliverables such as EPICs, Features, and Stories, focusing on Features based on investment appetite.
• Have Treasury experience and an insurance background.
