Business Analyst/ Product Owner - Treasury

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst/Product Owner with Treasury process experience to join one of our insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Inside IR35

Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite

Responsibilities:

1. Owns and maintains the product backlog, accountable for its contents and prioritization, and ensures clear, actionable user stories.
2. Leads and/or attends sessions with users, customers, SMEs to gain a thorough understanding of the product, immediate opportunities, and long-term direction.
3. Partners with User Experience teams to ensure the delivered products are intuitive, simple, cohesive, and complete.
4. Monitors and maintains the health of the product, designing additional monitoring as needed to support understanding of the product's performance and impact within the ecosystem.
5. Analyzes and reports on feasibility, cost of delay, ramifications, economies, and other aspects of planned or potential changes to the product.
6. Drives stakeholder alignment to understand the impact of regulatory, compliance, and industry constraints on the product portfolio, and negotiates priorities with internal and external teams.

Experience:

1. Contributes to the development of the portfolio vision.
2. Creates and aligns strategic priorities with stakeholders for the product vision.
3. Owns multiple digital products, articulating their value and outcomes.
4. Manages the backlog with the delivery team.
5. Defines work deliverables such as EPICs, features, and stories, focusing on features based on investment appetite.
6. Has Treasury experience.
7. Has an insurance background.
