Business Analyst – Insurance, PAS, Transformation

£Market Rate – Inside IR35

Hybrid / Ad-hoc on site, 6 months

My client is an instantly recognisable insurer who urgently requires a Business Analyst with extensive experience working on large-scale migration programmes within the Insurance sector.

Key Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst on large-scale migration programmes within the Insurance space.
• Familiarity with Policy Admin Systems (PAS) such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Acturis, etc.
• Gap analysis and requirement-gathering expertise.
• Proven experience working on migration programmes, from one system to another.
• Knowledge of data tools such as Snowflake, Peoplesoft, Radar, InRule, etc.
• An understanding of the impact that large-scale migration has on digital products (apps and websites) and APIs.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics.
• Immediate availability.
