My client is an instantly recognisable Insurer who urgently requires a Business Analyst with extensive experience working on large-scale migration programmes within the Insurance sector.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst on large-scale migration programmes within the Insurance space.
  • Familiarity with Policy Admin Systems (PAS) such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Acturis, etc.
  • Expertise in gap analysis and requirement gathering.
  • Experience working on migration programmes, from one system to another.
  • Knowledge of data tools such as Snowflake, Peoplesoft, Radar, InRule, etc.
  • Understanding of the impact of large-scale migration on digital products (apps and websites) and APIs.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics.
  • Immediate availability.
