Job Description:

My client, a well-known brand within the Insurance industry, is looking for 3 contract Business Analysts to join them on a major transformation programme.

The Business Analysts will work on the implementation of a new Policy Admin System that spans the entire business. They are currently moving from the design phase and need additional resources to advance the programme.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants, delivering across multiple workstreams. There will be a need to quickly understand the current proposition, challenge requirements, and assist in envisioning the target architecture.

The successful candidates should have experience working within the general or medical Insurance industry and have participated in enterprise-scale migrations or implementations.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst within the Insurance industry
• Experience in implementing Policy Admin Systems or similar large-scale core platform migrations
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate conflicting stakeholders
• Experience working in large, complex environments
• Knowledge of finance or back-office systems and integration with Salesforce CRM, Snowflake, Peoplesoft, Radar, InRule, etc.

This role can be performed remotely, with occasional onsite meetings or workshops as required.
