Isio is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Wealth team in London. The role focuses on translating complex business needs into practical technology solutions within financial services and FinTech contexts.

You will lead analysis across multi-faceted projects, work with stakeholders to refine objectives, and develop BRDs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria. A strong analytics mindset and agile experience are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, FinTech, investment management, wealth management or a related technology environment.
• Experience working with technology and software development teams.
• Understanding of investment concepts and portfolio management workflows.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Wealth team at Isio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial services and/or technology who enjoys working at the intersection of business, investment and technology. The successful candidate will have at least 5-10 years' experience working within financial services, FinTech, technology or a related environment, with a strong track record of analysing complex business processes and translating business needs into effective technology solutions.

Produce high-quality business requirements documents, user stories, process maps, functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to establish and prioritise requirements. Identify dependencies, risks, assumptions and potential impacts across business and technology functions. 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, FinTech, investment management, wealth management or a related technology environment. Experience working with technology and software development teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into practical technology solutions. Understanding of investment concepts including: Asset allocation; Funds and securities; Portfolio construction; Rebalancing; Portfolio performance; Trading and transactions; Investment data Proven experience gathering, analysing and documenting complex business requirements. Understanding of the full software development lifecycle. Experience working in an Agile environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
