Isio in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Wealth team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will bridge business needs with technology, analysing complex financial services processes and translating them into practical requirements.

You will lead workshops, produce clear documentation, and collaborate with delivery teams to drive improvements, automation and value across investment management workflows. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Lead business analysis across complex financial services and technology projects.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories.
• Produce high-quality business requirements documents, process maps and acceptance criteria.
