Job summary

3HORIZONS is seeking an Analyst to conduct research, build analyses, translate data into insights, and present findings to client teams. You will support workshops with senior leaders and contribute to thought leadership while travelling occasionally across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantitative/analytical field or related discipline.
• Strong academic record (2:1 or above, or international equivalent).
• 0.5–2 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, finance, startups).
• Analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• Fluency in English; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• High attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
